Second Wave of Soft Kritures

Second Wave of Soft Kritures will be launched two days ago! I've made a video so you can see better what is a Soft Kriture :)

I will be listing a new one everyday on etsy for 14 days around 6 p.m US time.
Why 14 days? Because of February 14th, Valentine's day. Its a good gift for your valentine. Get one before they get away!

The soft kritures will featuring:

Each one is one of a kind to preserve their singularity.

Pikki & Kippi the Kritures

Name: Pikki & Kippi

What I do: Look for high places to play

Task: Train with others for a possible escape

Likes: To play badminton

Body: Lightweight, small, dark skin and fleshy red lips

Ability: Good jumper

Food: Plants

They do everything together and usually Kippi carries Pikki above, he doesn't mind because he knows Kippi would do the same for him, this is called totem behavior.

These two athletic Kritures, since the day they have found racquets, they know that they were meant to play badminton. The problem is that one of them is a lefty and other one is a right hander, so one of them have a huge tendency to loose games. This is a good way to know who's who when both are on the ground.

Soft Kritures

A new community of Kritures have been found, these Kritures have fur and appear to be the same species as I am, Merilok.

They told us that they've been here for a long time, but we never saw them.
I asked them to be part of our group, to live near us, because we are building shelters and all, but they prefer to live together as a small community in another area, because their fur can be a pain in the ass if they live in areas like this one. You see, like me they are extremely cold Kritures, the fur is handy to warm us up, so we should live in warm areas, and not in areas that have climatic changes.

But because I have this great job of commanding Kritures, I don't mind living in a place where there are weather changes. Our community needs these changes, so we can all live together.

They seem to be intelligent like me, and they all have nails like Hummo or Glanell! But I don't! They told us the nails are cool to grab stuff, they do pressure on the fingertips, so I presume they need to grab heavy stuff on their daily routines.

Vingle the Filter Creature

Name: Vingle
What I do: Usually I walk around hoping to find weird things to put in my mouth
Task: Filter stuff from anything that's edible
Likes: To have clean feet!
Body: Cold,  a spike in the head, high sensitivity in the upper lip
Ability: Can walk fast for a Kriture who has no legs
Food: Filter Feeder

This guy can filter a particular ingredient from food. From a berry, he can toss out balls of sugar if he wants. He is currently training to do this with objects, but it seems that he cannot yet distinguish rubber from plastic. Has a very strong stomach and can digest very weird things that he finds.

Krawm the kriture

Name: Krawm
What I do: Wait to be fed
Task: Say whatever comes to my mind, because some of my thoughts are really good
Likes: To think
Body: Warm, shiny blue bug head, with a big brain
Ability: Say too much random stuff
Food: Omnivore

Krawm is a Kriture who likes to use his brain, it doesn't mean that he has good ideas, but he can talk for many many hours, and most of the time, nobody listen. He talks so much that sometimes he says something intelligent, and some of those ideas are adopted to create things. He can be considered the first Kriture scientist.
His head is too heavy for him to walk, so he usually sits down, and some Kriture needs to bring him food.

Emaios the creature

Name: Emaios
What I do: Hang around
Task: Smell weather
Likes: His friend dodo
Body: Yellow, tribal
Ability: Hide near flowers
Food: Granivore

Emaios can feel if the weather is going to be rough or sunny a day before it happens. He is the only one who seems to understand Dodo's language.

Adopt him and his firends!

Chanossala the four legged cute long necked brown creature

Name: Chanossala
What I do: Warm myself by rolling on mud
Task: Mix mud puddles
Likes: To stay in low areas
Body: Four legs, long neck, tribal stripes
Ability: Unknown
Food: Folivore

Chanossala was found near ground gaps. She likes to be near wet dirt and foliage, rarely goes out of a shadow when there's grass underneath. Her body is sparkely because mud nutrients stay on her body when she rolls on it.

Fugjub

Name: Fugjub
What I do: Stay in a high place
Task: Watch out for predators
Likes: To pretend that he's going to eat other kritures
Body: light brown, warm, strong teeth
Ability: His ears help him feel sound
Food: Cleptoparasitism


Fugjub is not a bad kriture, he just likes to annoy other kritures. He can feel low sound vibrations and pretend that he's stronger than he actually is, that is how he scares kritures to steal their food, since he doesn't like to search for it.

Formit

Name: Formit
What I do: Stay in areas with leaves
Task: Carry big leaves to build shelters
Likes: His forelegs
Body: Hot green, six legs, two antennas
Ability: Can distinguish strong leaves
Food: Folivore

He has six legs which makes him able to stand more than his own weight. Usually eats the leaves before reaching a destination with them. Guides himself with the antennas, normally he doesn't get lost, he also can carry things with the forelegs, and walk with four at the same time.

Hummo

Name: Hummo
What I do: Complain about the time
Task: Keeps clear atmosphre
Likes: Backpacks
Body: Purple, nails, yellow spots, atmospheric geysers
Ability: Renews oxygen
Food: Granivore and practices Geophagy


Hummo has six atmospheric geysers at the back that helps renewing oxygen. He needs to eat soil substances like clay, so he can get phosphorus from the soil and produce new oxygen. He doesn't like them, so he would like to have a backpack to hide it.

Lizzle

Name: Lizzle
What I do: Help others getting food
Task: none
Likes: To get sun
Body: green, warm, punky scales!
Ability: run fast
Food: Frugivore

Lizzle is a punky lizard, sometimes a bit crazy to be with, his vision lets him see psychedelic colors, so his specie can't use camouflage, as he cannot simulate true colors.
He always walks away from shadows as he rather to stay in hot areas.

Lizzle has 1.8" width and 3" height.

New landscape

We got lost from each other. Some cracks separated some of us ... and we need each other to live normally. I can see Dodo there, he got stuck on a piece of ground that is now high and far from everyone. He is very confused, and speaks with himself (even if he was speaking to us, we could not understand one bit, his dialect is weeeeeeeird).

urzz also became stuck in a hole, but he is very active and he got immediately out of there. We asked him to help Dodo, but Dodo is too heavy...




Hector had his mud puddle split! Luckily he got half of it to rub on, but if the puddle was small before, now it got smaller, and the other half, will dry, because there is no one there who can mix it. 
You see, Hector's job is to keep the mud puddle wet, maybe it will be needed some time.
In addition, if the pond where Hector lives dries, he may die from dehydration!


This transformation on the ground was very abrupt and it was very dangerous, we still have some kritures lost.

Glanell

Name: Glanell
What I do: I like to search for things in the bushes. Maybe something sweet comes up!
Task: Collect supplies for the kritures who can't walk.
Likes: Taste new stuff
Body: Warm and pacific
Ability: Even if he is far away, he can find sweet food only by the smell of it
Food: Palynivore

Glanell is a sweet tooth kriture, he can find good pollen and a very small specie of berries.

Beevs the Kriture

Name: Beevs
What I do: Wait until there is something to do.
Task: My animal instincts tell me to build a dam. But since we don't have oceans, rivers or lakes yet, I just hit the ground with my tail waiting for something. It's boring.
Likes: I like to chew wood. It's crunchy.
Body: Relaxed, brown and warm/flat strong tail.
Ability: Unknown
Food: Xylophagous

Beevs is one of the five kritures that exists since the world of kriture began. He always seems to be bored, because he actually is.

Hector

Name: Hector
What I do: I live in a puddle of mud. I can't walk on terrain, so i don't have an alternative...
Task: Preventing that the puddle dries
Likes: I love when someone visits me. I feel lonely... This puddle is small.
Body: Squishy and orange has green spots on top from dehydration.
Ability: Being small
Food: Whatever falls in the pond that's edible

Hector is one of the five kritures that exists since the world of kriture began. He is a baby omnivore octopus. Hector needs to roll himself in the mud to prevent dehydration.

Boony

Name: Boony
What i do: I don't actually know
Task: Be cute?
Likes: Running against the wind! Makes my fur bristle.
Body: Small, pink, warm.
Ability: Cuteness
Food: Herbivore

Boony is one of the five kritures that exists since the world of kriture began. Boony doesn't seem to known much about himself. He likes to stare at others, and chew grass.

Furzz

Name: Furzz
What I do: I run wildly, from tree to tree, and I live on them too.
Task: Rebuild trees by finding broken branches.
Likes: Climbing trees
Body: Fur on top, warm.
Ability: Agility
Food: Xylophagous

Furzz is one of the five kritures that exists since the world of kriture began. He is very fast when he is on trees, but clumsy when on the floor. He only goes down to pick up fallen branches, and place them where they should be.

Wittz

Name: Wittz
What i do: Observe things
Task: Unknown
Likes: Color
Body: Warm and Cold
Ability: Sing
Food: Palynivore

Wittz arrived today. Falling as usual from the sky, he looks like a penguin I think, and has a nice color. He cannot talk, it has a small brain also. As a good leader I am trying to get him out of here.
